Need of ground-work and investigations in Real Estate Investment!


As in any investment business, investing in Real Estate also requires proper ground-work and investigations. Of course, one finds myriad literature, websites, how-to-do-it-by-yourself manuals, etc. regarding Real Estate Investment. BERLIN (AP) - The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has approved a new use of Bayer Schering Pharma AG's drug YAZ to allow it to be used to treat moderate acne in women who also want to use an oral contraceptive for birth control, the company said Monday.

With the approval, YAZ becomes the first oral contraceptive approved by the FDA for three distinct uses, Bayer said in a statement. In addition to being approved for birth control use and now for acne control, it is also approved to treat the emotional and physical symptoms of premenstrual dysphoric disorder.

Good news for women who suffer from acne - especially those who want to stay on the pill to prevent pregnancy. As I understand it (and I don't, really) antibiotic-based acne treatments can interfere with the effectiveness of the birth control pill, so it's good news that women can get the benefits of birth control and an acne treatment from the same medication.

Many women, however (and men, for that matter) don't react well to medical solutions to acne. While they can be very effective they're no use if they come with an allergic reaction or other unwanted side effects. So, many acne sufferers may prefer to use a herbal acne treatment to ward off those outbreaks rather than suffer through a medical course.

Possibly the most effective herbal acne treatments on the market today is ClearPores. Well, when I say it's effective I'm not speaking from experience, but the doctors and dermatologists who have recommended the treatment seem to be pretty pleased with the results, and I've never been one to ignore an MD.

Other options: Laser- and light-based therapies are used on those who see little or no results with traditional therapies. Injectable steroids can also be used to spot reduce a pronounced blemish in a matter of days.

Of course, many sufferers of acne prefer to steer clear of such treaments as laser therapy. While they may be effective these new treatments are by no means tried and tested. For the best results most people tend to go for topical acne treatments such as ClearPores - after all, these have been proven to be the best acne treatments over time, as opposed to the new technologies that may turn out to be nothing but hot air.
