By the way, Chris is still in intensive care, but it seems clear that he's going to live. My eternal gratitude to Mark Poyser, the only person who emailed me to let me know that he'd donated in Chris's name.
I've received a flood of email from concerned readers in the last few days. To all those who wrote- I appreciate your concern, but I don't need a new mortgage, don't want to look at nasty teenage sluts, and am very happy with the size of my penis.

But I still won't be updating regularly for a little while. I'm just extremely busy at work (I think that we've just invented our killer ap, and all our salespeople want it immediately), and blissfully happy at home, and delightfully snoozy while asleep. It doesn't leave a lot of time to blog. I honestly haven't the faintest idea how people with kids keep this up.

This hopefully won't last forever, and I'm sure I'll be posting intermittently when I get a headfull of steam. Just consider it fair warning.
